Poor in Time 01:52
The traveler was parched Entirely deprived for a year Desperate in the desert facing the arid and the sear and the heat of the flames. He'll quench this endless thirst by finding the oasis and drinking water till he bursts Till he comes back to life Back to life. Then he comes face to face with the artisan. This isn't the first time. I've seen your face before. It's one that's never looked so like mine. Now I'm an older man, and these decades won't be kind. They won't be kind. You're building pillars that are straight and defined You're rich in heart, but you're poor in time, poor in time You ease the pain but how can you pay the fine? You're rich in love, but you're poor in time poor in time. Rich in your love but you're poor in time Poor in time

Performer, Pay attention to me I'm taking pictures of these places and the food that I eat I'll sell you, for a follower's fee A spitting image of the person that I think you should be You are the scroll, you are the key I respirate, you watch me breathe You watch me seethe, you watch me breathe You watch me seethe, you watch me. Tap, tap my heart, till you can see the pumping through my bones I've come to life, I'm your companion, lover, friend and foe Unite and bond, mold shape complete, I own your hands, I own your feed Look in my window, you can never be alone With all direction and intention compromised Idle deflection, push ambition to the side With all direction and intention compromised You are the scroll. You are the key I respirate, yeah you can watch me breathe I am the vice, you are the seed I respirate, yeah you can watch me. You Watch Me Breathe We need a better place to hide Before we're swept out with the tide We need a better place to hide Before we're swept out with the tide We need a better place to hide Before we're swept out with the tide We need a better place, a better place to hide

Filaments 02:02
Let me go, let me go, let me go right now I'm like a wolf in a cage Burn, light, through the end of the night But the filament can't burn out till it's day And I can't think of why I should sell my soul every second of life Until I start to decay Go, let me know how to get back self control You've reached the stage where you feel your rage Have you bitten off more than you can chew? You'll lose your grip when your fingers slip Every time that the fire comes back to you You've reached the stage where you feel your rage Have you bitten off more than you can chew? You'll lose your grip when your fingers slip Every time the fire's coming back Cage me not and leave me free from, free from harm and Burn, light, through the end of the night Let me go, let me go Let me go right now, I'm like a wolf in a cage Let me go, let me go Let me go right now cause I am feeling a rage Let me go, let me go Let me go right now, I'm like a wolf in a cage And I feel the tearing of all the wires in my brain.

Tinctures 02:29
There exists a life and death in our arteries The choking vines that end up wrapped around family trees The curse itself it only partially came to me Didn't fall before I set myself free This could be different for you than it is for her Frustrations wrapped up in the ghost of Gene Wilder I know the two of us are never around, but the sound, but the sound We're always looking for the perfect sound I hope you find what you seek here A kind of freedom from a timid and meek fear The footing is sparse, the blueprints a mess No longer fighting with my past but I still need no rest There exists a life and death in our arteries The choking vines that end up wrapped around family trees The curse itself it only partially came to me Didn't fall before I let myself go, set myself so free We were born and bred to destroy mistakes To write all the wrongs and to mend the breaks Like a tincture changing the water back To the clearest of blue, from the deepest and the darkest of black

So Finite 03:06
I fear not I fear not a return to the dark Nor the ash, nor the moment I cease But the thought of leaving a mark unchanged, so incomplete Time has removed the worst of my afflictions But how am I to actualize while lacking any friction? Enter decade three, sanctuary. I'm comfortable and complacent I try to bury it now and then. I try to bury it now and then. But I feel knotted 'till I set up the replacement. Eventually it will happen again, it happens again, it happens again. There's an enemy that gets the best of me It's the worst of self defeat It's a tidal force, a misdirected course It's a pressure, bittersweet This self compression, destructive in the end Eventually I'm aware that it will happen again It happens again It happens again It happens again It happens again I fear not the ash, nor the moment that I cease But I won't leave a mark unchanged and incomplete. I fear not the ash, nor the moment that I cease I'll never leave a mark, a mark that is unchanged and incomplete. Bright we burn and to dust we will return I know this part of me is cut from the stone But I'm not falling in line while I'm biding my time I will never let an idleness sink into my bones.
